Staff access, shifts, attendance, leave, holidays, payroll, and recruitment.
In Staff → Staff List, create a named staff account, assign its outlet and role, and grant only the permissions needed. Do not share the Owner login. Deactivate access when someone leaves. Working Shifts defines planned work and Attendance records actual check-in/out; compare the two before approving payroll.
Activating HRM moves Staff and Attendance under the HRM navigation without discarding their data. The HRM dashboard summarizes people activity. Use Holidays for non-working dates and Leaves for requests and manager decisions. Staff submits their own leave; authorized managers approve or reject with an auditable reason. Notifications can surface actionable leave requests.
For Payroll, choose the pay period, check attendance, base salary and adjustments, preview the amount, then mark payment only after it is made. Export or send a payslip through supported channels. If Include in Accounting is active, a paid run creates the salary expense; do not duplicate it in Purchase → Expenses.
Recruit manages job postings, candidates, source/status, resumes, interview schedule, and the public careers page. Treat candidate files as private information and restrict access by role. Confirm a job's salary, location, and publication status before publishing.

Check currency and the System timezone before finalizing a period. Correct a financial record through the supported reversal or adjustment workflow, not a direct database update.
