Plugin catalog
Every plugin and storefront template in Bakasir with what it does, the plan that includes it, its price and what happens when it ends.
This page lists everything you can add from Plugins → Marketplace: what each plugin does, which plan already includes it, what it costs, where it shows up in Bakasir and where to read more. To install, renew or remove one, follow Plugins and Marketplace.
How plugins are sold
- Monthly or annual. Pay each month, or pay for a year at 10 times the monthly price (12 months for the price of 10). Prices are in rupiah.
- Included in your plan. Some plugins come with a plan, and then you do not buy them. Their card shows Included in your plan.
- Free plan. The Gratis plan cannot buy paid plugins. Upgrade to Mulai or higher first. Free items, such as the Grocery and Supermarket templates, can still be installed.
- Templates are bought once. A storefront template is paid one time and stays yours. Updates are included.
- Needs another plugin. Domain Connect, Web Analytics and Shipping need E-Commerce Suite first.
- How you pay. Plugins are paid to Bakasir on the Bakasir pay page (card, QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet or retail store), not through your own Midtrans or DOKU account. You can let Bakasir charge a saved card or GoPay automatically at renewal. See Plugins and Marketplace.

Plugins priced per month are per business, not per outlet. The Enterprise plan includes the plugins marked Enterprise in the last column, and every storefront template. For Self-order QR, Voucher & Gift Card and Shipping, the Marketplace card always shows the current price. Prices can change, and the card is the final word.
Online store
E-Commerce Suite
Your online store, sharing the products of your register. It adds orders, collections, banners, subscribers and store settings.
- Where: the E-Commerce menu.

Domain Connect
Use your own domain for the store. Bakasir verifies ownership, DNS routing and HTTPS before it goes live.
- Where: E-Commerce → Settings → Connect a Domain.

Web Analytics
Live visitors, traffic sources, pages, audience, funnels, goals and conversions from product view to paid order, with a cookie consent banner for your shoppers.
- Where: E-Commerce → Analytics.
- Needs: E-Commerce Suite.
- Different from Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a free connection to your own Google account, set in Integrations.
Shipping
Live courier rates at checkout, and shipments with waybill and tracking created from the order. It uses your own Biteship account.
- Where: Settings → Shipping.
- Needs: E-Commerce Suite, a Biteship account, and a store that sells in IDR.

Selling at the register
Promotions & Discount
Automatic discounts at the register. Promotions do not stack: the highest discount wins.
- Where: Sales → Promotions.

Voucher & Gift Card
Voucher codes and prepaid gift cards, for the POS and your online store. A voucher has usage limits per voucher and per customer, and competes with automatic promotions (the highest discount wins). A gift card is stored value you sell or top up at the register, can expire, prints with a barcode and QR, and is accepted as a payment method in the POS and at online checkout. Sold balance stays a liability until it is redeemed.
- Where: the Voucher code section of a promotion in Sales → Promotions, and Sales → Gift Cards.
Self-order QR
Guests scan a QR code at the table, order from their phone, and pay at the cashier or online. The order lands on the table bill and the kitchen display. Confirmation by the cashier is optional. It works without E-Commerce.
- Where: Settings → Self-order QR. Print one QR sheet for the outlet's tables, and regenerate a code if it was shared by mistake.
- Online payment: needs your payment gateway under Integrations (Midtrans or DOKU), with QRIS activated on that account.

Loyalty & Membership
Points that members earn and redeem.

Quantity Pricing
Lower unit prices for larger quantities.
- Where: the Quantity Pricing section of a product.

Print Barcode
A Windows program that prints barcode labels, linked to your account with a pairing code.

Inventory Turn Over
How fast each product sells, and your slow and dead stock.

Coretax
Tax data export for Indonesian filing. It is free while it is in BETA.

Back office
Accounting Suite
Chart of accounts, automatic journals and financial statements, with period locking.
- Where: the Accounting menu.

HRM Suite
Leave, holidays, payroll and recruitment. It replaces the Staff menu with the HRM menu.
- Where: the HRM menu.

Back-Office
One subscription that unlocks both the Accounting Suite and the HRM Suite. At Rp199,000 a month it costs less than buying the two separately (Rp248,000). Its card shows the chip Accounting + HRM.
Storefront templates
A template changes how your online store looks. You pay once, install it, then click Activate. Only one template is active at a time, and switching never changes your products or orders. A template works while E-Commerce Suite is active.

On the Enterprise plan every template is free.
Install, renew and cancel
- Open Plugins → Marketplace, click Install on the card and, for a paid plugin, choose Monthly or Annual and pay. Free plugins and plugins in your plan turn on at once. The steps are in Plugins and Marketplace.
- Active. The plugin works until the end of the paid period.
- Grace period. After the period ends you have 3 days. Everything still works and the card shows Grace period. Click Renew and pay to continue.
- Expired. The feature turns off and its pages show This plugin is not active yet. Reinstall or renew and everything returns.
To stop a plugin, click Uninstall in Active Plugins. The subscription runs until the end of the current period, there is no automatic refund, and you can click Resume before the period ends.
Your data is kept
Losing or removing a plugin only hides its feature. Orders, journals, payroll records and settings stay stored and come back when you reinstall it.
Plugins that come with a plan
A plugin included in your plan lasts as long as the plan. If a paid plan is not renewed it gets 3 days of grace, then read-only access, then drops to Gratis, and the plugins of that plan are switched off. Your data stays.
