Plugins and Marketplace
Add optional modules and storefront templates, renew them, and understand what happens when a subscription ends.
Plugins add features to Bakasir only when you need them. Storefront templates change how your online store looks. Both come from the Marketplace. This tutorial installs one and shows where to manage it. It takes about 3 minutes.
Before you start
- You are the Owner. Only the Owner can install, renew or remove a plugin.
- Some plugins need another plugin first. Domain Connect and Web Analytics both need E-Commerce Suite.
Steps
Open the Marketplace
In the Portal menu, go to Plugins → Marketplace.
Choose Plugin or Template
The page has two tabs. Plugin lists modules. Template lists storefront designs. Each card shows the name, a short description and the price, or Free, or Included in plan.
Read the details
Click Detail on a card. You see the long description, the price, the Latest update and the Total installed. A plugin marked Coming soon cannot be installed yet.
Click Install
Click Install. Free plugins and plugins already in your plan are installed at once. For a paid plugin, the Complete payment window opens.
Choose a billing cycle and pay
In Complete payment, choose Monthly or Annual, then click Continue to payment and finish on the payment page. The plugin turns on after the payment is confirmed.
Use the new menu
The sidebar gains the menu of the plugin without a page reload. For example, Accounting Suite adds Accounting.
Activate a template
For a storefront template, install it, then click Activate. Only one template is active, and its card shows Active. Switching never changes your products or orders.
Manage it in Active Plugins
Go to Plugins → Active Plugins. Every installed plugin shows its status, billing cycle, next billing date and the date access ends. You can search and filter by status here.
What each plugin adds
| Plugin | What it adds | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| E-Commerce Suite | Online store, orders, collections, banners, subscribers. | E-Commerce menu |
| Domain Connect | Your own domain for the store (needs E-Commerce). | E-Commerce → Settings → Connect a Domain |
| Web Analytics | Live visitors and shopper behaviour for your store (needs E-Commerce). | E-Commerce → Analytics |
| Accounting Suite | Chart of accounts, journals and financial statements. | Accounting menu |
| HRM Suite | Leave, holidays, payroll and recruitment. | HRM menu |
| Promotions & Discount | Automatic discounts at the register. | Sales → Promotions |
| Loyalty & Membership | Points that members earn and redeem. | Loyalty button in Sales → Customers |
| Quantity Pricing | Lower unit prices for larger quantities. | Quantity Pricing section of a product |
| POS Terminal Management | More than one paired terminal per outlet, with cashier assignment. | Sales → Terminals |
| Print Barcode | A Windows program that prints barcode labels, linked with a pairing code. | Plugins → Active Plugins |
| Inventory Turn Over | Stock turnover analysis. | Reports → Inventory Turn Over |
| Financial Analytics | Simple insights read from your numbers. | Reports → Financial Insights |
| Coretax | Tax data export for Indonesian filing. | Reports → Coretax |
Prices and availability are set by Bakasir and may change. The card always shows the current price.
Templates
Seven storefront templates are available, each built for a type of shop:
- Technology: dark and technical, for electronics and devices.
- Grocery: warm and fresh, for grocers and daily needs.
- Supermarket: dense with deals, for large catalogs and promotions.
- Coffee Shop: an editorial menu look, for cafes and bakeries.
- Barber Shop: monochrome and service-led, for barbers and salons.
- Industry: specification-first, for tools and technical supply.
- Supplier Store: bulk-order cues, for wholesalers and distributors.
When a subscription ends
- Active. The plugin works.
- Grace period. After the paid period ends you have 7 days. Everything still works and the card shows Grace period. Click Renew and pay to continue.
- Expired. The feature is switched off and its pages show This plugin is not active yet. Your data is kept. Subscribe again and everything is restored.
To stop a plugin, click Uninstall in Active Plugins and type the name to confirm. The subscription runs until the end of the current period, and there is no automatic refund. A plugin you cancelled can be brought back with Resume before the period ends.
Your data is never deleted
Removing or losing a plugin only hides its feature. Orders, journals, payroll records and settings come back when you reinstall it.
Tips
- No payment gateway? If the screen says the payment gateway is not set up, the purchase cannot be processed. Contact Bakasir support.
- Where it shows. A plugin that is not installed hides its menu. Opening its address directly shows a notice with a button to the Marketplace.
- Managers and Staff do not see the Plugins menu.
